Check-in is from 3:00 PM.  Self check-in instructions, which will be emailed to you prior to your stay.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and a late departure fee.

Children & Families 

We welcome families traveling with children and love being part of your special memories. Please note:

​

• Children 12 and older are welcome in our Main Farmhouse rooms.

• Families traveling with younger children (under 12) are warmly welcomed in our Carriage House, which offers a more private and family-friendly layout.

 

We ask that children be supervised at all times, especially in outdoor areas, near firepits, and around our resident wildlife. Further, please respect quiet hours and the retreat-like environment our guests come to enjoy.

Outside Alcohol

ElmRock Inn is a licensed property and does not permit outside alcohol on the premises. The farmhouse loft bar is equipped with a curated minibar featuring local wine, beer, and spirits for your purchase.

Evidence of outside alcohol will result in a $150 fee.

Quiet Hours

Out of respect for our guests and our tranquil setting, we ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum between the hours of 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Parking

We offer free on-site parking for our overnight guests, monitored by security cameras.
Please park only in designated areas. Parking on grass, in front of the carriage house, or where marked "No Parking" is not permitted. Vehicles left in restricted areas may be towed at the owner’s expense. ElmRock Inn is not liable for damage or theft.

Linens & Damage

We proudly feature luxury linens and plush white towels in each room. You’ll find a black makeup towel provided for removing makeup or wiping spills.  Please notify us immediately of any accidents. Unreported damage to linens that cannot be salvaged may incur replacement fees.

Smoking & Fire Hazards

ElmRock Inn is a 100% smoke-free property, including all guest rooms and common areas. This includes vaping, incense, and candles.  A $750 cleaning fee will apply for any violation of this policy.

Music & Ambience

We embrace a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and light music may play in our common areas between 9:00 AM – 10:30 PM.
If you're highly sensitive to background sounds, including traffic, our space may not be the right fit for your stay.​​

Trails & Grounds

ElmRock Inn offers private wooded walking paths and gardens. We recommend closed-toe shoes, especially after rain, and encourage you to enjoy nature respectfully.  Please help us keep our grounds clean, safe, and litter-free.

Dining

We offer seasonal breakfasts included with your stay, served daily in our farmhouse dining room at 9AM.  We do not offer additional dining at this time.  For dining recommendations, we love: Butterfield, Westwind Orchard, Roughcut Brewery, Ollie's, The Roost, and The Stone House Tavern.  Ask us for the latest suggestions!

Pet Policy 🐾

We welcome one dog under 40 lbs in our Carriage House, with a $75 pet fee per stay with prior notice.  Please keep your dog leashed at all times—we share our grounds with roaming farm animals!

**Please note - Pets are not permitted in the Main Inn.  Unapproved pets or damages may result in additional charges up to $250.

Cancellation Policy

To confirm a reservation, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required.
 

In the event of a cancellation:​

• Stays canceled 14+ days prior will receive a 50% credit toward a future booking. 

• Multi-room, group, or full-inn bookings are non-refundable.
  *We strongly recommend travel insurance for unexpected events or illness.

Housekeeping

We do not offer daily housekeeping for 1-2 night stays unless requested.  For additional towels, amenity refills, or assistance with spills, please let us know—we’re happy to help!

By booking a stay, guests agree to abide by our house policies.  Use of our website or property implies agreement with our updated 
Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.  Guests assume all risk associated with personal belongings and outdoor activities.  An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other illnesses exists in any public space.  By visiting ElmRock Inn, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure.​
